No-salt seasoning recipe
ByGot this very interesting seasoning recipe, from Dr. Fuhrman’s Disease Proof Your Child:
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon ground unhulled raw sesame seeds
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Vegebase
Use a coffee grinder for the flax and seeds, then mix other dry ingredients. This can be used instead of salt.
Very convenient to use on salads, steamed vegetables, and soups.
